How to fill and sign a PDF without printing
Complete PDF form fields, add a visual signature and download a copy you can review before sending.
Open Fill & SignOpen the form and enter your details
Choose Fill & Sign and open your PDF. If it has interactive fields, fill those fields directly. If the form is a flat page, use Add text to place your answers in the correct spaces.
Keep names, dates and reference numbers inside the intended area. Preview the page at a comfortable zoom and use the formatting controls if an answer needs a different size.
Create and place your signature
Choose Sign, draw your signature or select a style for your name, then place it on the document. Resize, move or rotate it as needed. Select Sign again if you need another signature on another page.
This adds a visual signature mark. Setly Docs does not provide certificate-based signing, identity verification or an audit trail. Confirm that this type of signature meets the recipient’s requirements.
Download and review the completed PDF
Download your completed document and open it in a PDF viewer. Check that every required field is filled, the signature is in the right place and the text is readable.
If the recipient needs form answers to become ordinary page content, use Flatten PDF on the completed file and inspect that output too. Keep the original form and your completed copy so you can make corrections later.
