Combine documents

Open Merge PDF, choose your files and use the arrows to set their order. Select Merge files, then download your result.

Edit Word and text documents

Open Edit Docs and upload a Word (.docx), OpenDocument (.odt), RTF, TXT, Markdown or HTML file. Edit text, format paragraphs, add images or tables, and download as Word, PDF, text or HTML. Markdown opens as editable source text. Save older .doc files as .docx in Word or LibreOffice first. Complex layouts, headers and footers may differ, so review your result.

Edit or sign a PDF

Open the Edit Docs. Click existing text to edit it, select words to format them, and use Backspace at the start of a paragraph to join nearby text. Use Fill & Sign to draw a signature or choose a style for your name, then place and resize it on the page. Download PDF saves the result.

Choose page ranges

Use commas for individual pages and a hyphen for a range: 1, 3, 5-8. Leave the field blank to include all pages. In Delete Pages, you must choose which pages to remove. In Split PDF, use semicolons to separate output documents: 1-3;4-6.

Convert scanned documents

Scans are images, so ordinary text conversion may return no text. Use OCR PDF to recognize English text. OCR is limited to 20 selected pages per run and exports a text file. Review the result for recognition errors.

Why did my conversion change the layout?

PDF to Word and Word to PDF are text conversions. PDF to Excel exports inferred rows to CSV. PDF to PowerPoint places page images on slides. These tools do not preserve editable, complex layouts. Review the result before sharing it.

Open a protected PDF

Use Unlock PDF with the document’s current password. Setly Docs cannot recover forgotten passwords. The unlocked result can then be used in other tools.

Large or complex files

Use files up to 100 MB each, 200 MB combined and 200 pages. Available memory depends on your device. Lower the image resolution or split large documents if a task fails. Close unnecessary tabs and try again.
