These terms describe your use of Setly Docs at setlydocs.com. Please read them alongside our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using Setly Docs

Setly Docs provides browser-based tools for editing, converting and organizing documents. You must have the right to use the documents you process. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or attempts to disrupt the service or access another person’s information.

Your documents remain yours

You retain ownership of your documents. Processing a file does not transfer ownership to Setly Docs. Document processing takes place in your browser. This release does not provide cloud document storage or recovery. Keep your original files and download your results before leaving or refreshing the page.

Check your results

Editing, conversion and text recognition may change formatting or introduce errors. Review results before relying on or sharing them. Whiteout and cropping do not securely remove underlying information. Visual signatures do not include certificate signing or an audit trail. Setly Docs does not provide legal, tax or other professional advice.

Optional support payments

Editing and downloading do not require a contribution. A “buy me a coffee” payment is optional support for Setly Docs; no physical coffee, shipped item, extra document rights or guaranteed feature is included. The amount and currency appear in Stripe checkout before you pay.

A one-time contribution is charged once. If you explicitly choose monthly support, checkout shows the recurring amount and billing frequency. You can manage or cancel monthly support through the billing portal or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund earlier payments.

Payment questions and refunds

For a mistaken, duplicate or unrecognized payment, or another refund request, email setlyhq@gmail.com with the payment date and receipt reference. Do not send full card details or document contents. Requests are reviewed individually; contacting us does not guarantee a refund. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep the tools useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every file or error-free results. Stripe handles checkout under its own terms and privacy policy. Optional browser speech recognition may use your browser provider’s services, as described in our privacy policy.
